Zinc Oral Solution provides a simple method for evaluating zinc nutritional status. Simply place a small amount (10 ml, approximately 2 teaspoons) in the mouth and hold for 30 seconds. If little or no taste is perceived, zinc status may be low. An immediate or strong taste perception suggests that zinc status may be adequate. For best results, use periodically to monitor zinc status.

Recommended Dosage: Hold or swish 2 teaspoons in the mouth for approximately 10 seconds, swallow, and record taste perception. Slight, delayed, or lack of taste suggests possible zinc deficiency. An immediate, noticeable taste may indicate zinc sufficiency.
